What are the shipping costs? expand_more
For most standard orders, shipping is included in the price we confirm. Extra freight charges may apply for regulated dangerous goods, special handling or unusually large volumes. If any charge applies, we will make it clear before the order is confirmed.
When will I receive my delivery? expand_more
Lead times depend on stock, supplier availability, destination and transport requirements. We include an estimated delivery time in your order confirmation and will contact you if we can offer a faster alternative or if anything changes.
I can't find the product I'm looking for. expand_more
Send us the product name, CAS number if available, purity or specification, pack size and required quantity. We can search additional supplier databases and suggest equivalent products or sourcing options.
How do I place an order? expand_more
You can place an order through the website or send it to sales@chemtronica.se. Include your company details, delivery address, product identifiers, pack sizes and quantities, plus a PO number or invoice reference if required.
Do you sell chemicals to private individuals? expand_more
No. Chemtronica supplies registered companies, universities, laboratories and public organisations. We cannot supply chemicals to private individuals.
